How we work. Production first. Humans in charge of the calls that matter.
We ship in production, not in slides. Every agent we deploy is operational from day one, and we iterate week over week.

The deployment process
Week 1: Scope and connect
Identify the job, connect the systems, set the HITL gates. We write a brief spec. You approve it. Then we build.
Week 2: First output
The agent goes live. Real output in your actual environment. You review it. We calibrate.
Weeks 3+: Iterate and expand
The agent learns and sharpens. Once one agent is running well, we scope the next one.
The architecture
An orchestrator that delegates
Underneath every agent deployment sits an orchestrator. It receives tasks, matches them to the right agent capability, sequences the work, and monitors completion.
A skill registry that matches capabilities to tasks
Each agent has a defined skill set. The skill registry knows what each agent can do, how well it performs, and what it should escalate. As agents learn and improve, the registry updates.
Human-in-the-loop control points everywhere it matters
Every decision with real consequence hits a human-in-the-loop gate before it executes. Agents handle the work. Humans make the calls that matter.
Governance built in from the start
We learned governance the hard way, through our collaboration with The Dutch Zero Human Company. Every agent we deploy comes with: approval gates for material actions, escalation paths for edge cases, full audit logs, and clear boundaries between agent authority and human authority.
